    OUR TREATMENT

    APPROACH

We start by understanding where you feel pain, tightness or discomfort.
After assessing your condition, our therapist will explain whether cupping may be suitable for you. The cups are then placed on selected areas and gentle suction is applied.
Depending on your needs, cupping may be used on its own or alongside other therapies.

    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Cupping is a therapy that uses cups to create gentle suction on the skin. It is commonly used to help with muscle tightness, soreness and certain types of pain.

Cupping should not be painful, although you may feel a pulling or tight sensation while the cups are in place. Round marks can also remain on the skin for a few days after treatment.

The temporary marks left by cupping usually fade on their own. The time can vary depending on the individual and the intensity of the treatment.

There is no fixed number of sessions. It depends on why you're having treatment and how you respond to it. Your therapist can guide you after assessing your condition.

If you have very sensitive skin, a skin condition, or any concerns about cupping, let your therapist know before treatment. They can assess whether cupping is suitable for you and adjust the approach if needed.
